An enchanting reformed farmhouse cottage in an idyllic location, set in the very heart of the Colonya Valley, directly below the dramatic Puig des Rafalet mountain surrounded by green woodland and pretty olive groves.All you can hear is birdsong and the breeze, fabulous.

Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room.

Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area. The house near the sea is situated at Colonia Sant Pere, with outstanding views of the Bay of Alcudia. Sandy beach is just at 50 metres.
The village of Colonia Sant Pere is at the back of Artà, on the way to Alcudia and Pollensa - one of the best preserved areas of Mallorca.
Colonia Sant Pere is a wonderful village with breathtaking scenery of the mountains descending to the sea. The coastline is rugged with numerous coves and bays to explore along beautiful footpass.

Good seaside restaurants and shops can be found in the quiet fishing village of Colonia St. Pere. Here there is a lovely beach, seaside promenade, harbour, shops and restaurants.
Enjoy lunch/dinner of local seafood or a beer while you watch the children play on the beach.
We often go there for breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, croissants or pan amb oli (Mallorquin snack of bread with olive oil, tomato and ham or cheese) delicious!

The acommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of large split-level lounge dining room with enclosed fireplace, a separated fitted breakfast kitchen, with utility room, a double bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside double doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace.
Stairs lead to first floor galleried landing where there are three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom off.
The villa is furnished to a high standard, tastefully decorated and well equipped throughout, benefiting from modern appliances. Satellite TV and a music system. All main areas benefit from central heating. and air conditioning in the four rooms. -OUTDOORS

The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. Villa Vidrié is a simply and traditionally furnished villa with its emphasis on outdoor enjoyment, is well located with very nice views. A villa having the benefit of countryside setting yet less than approximately 10 mins away from all amenities including the bustling markets in both Puerto Pollensa and old town Pollensa, and the surrounding beaches. A villa appreciated for its location and views. There is no service of cleanliness. All accommodations will be fully cleaned and prepared on your arrival day. If you come for two weeks stays there is a change of sheets and towels bud there is no service of cleanliness of the villa. The entry is allowed any day of the week.
