Located in the residential area of Siller, this little rustic villa stands by the foot of the mountains, thankfully away from any noise. Within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and only one and half kilometers from the town´s long golden beach. Boquer Nostro is the ideal escape from the busy daily routine and the perfect place to rest, relax and recover from the stresses of the outside world. A traditionally decorated self-catering villa in beautiful well maintained grass garden with swimming pool, big terrace and a built-in barbecue for dining al fresco, all surrounded by fruit trees. Overlooking the pool, a shady furnished veranda runs across the whole of the front of the house, leading through a door into a modern fully fitted kitchen with an adjoining utility room with a washing machine. Up a step from the kitchen is a wood-beamed lounge/diner where there´s a small bathroom tucked under the stairs that lead up to the mezzanine area: the open bedroom, which is surrounded by a wooden banister and furnished with a double and a single bed and a wardrobe. FEATURES: -->Open-plan lounge/diner with TV and DVD & CD player, sofa-bed. -->Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. -->Open double bedroom with additional single bed. , free standing fan. -->Built-in barbecue and swimming pool (8m x 4m x 2.3m) -->Linen and towels provided. Changes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 1pm Sorry, this villa may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties due to very steep steps to the bedroom. All tourism potentially has an Environmental, Social and Economic impact on the destination involved. We would encourage all our guests to protect the surroundings, respect the local cultures and minimize pollution through noise and proper waste disposal.
