Ca na Marina is situated on the outskirsts of the town of Pollença, just behind the Puig de Maria and the Golf course. The house is situated on the highest part of the property, there for the views are magnificient and very tranquile. The front door leads to a rustic kitchen, wich is equipped with a microwave, and the launge which has got a television, DVD and satelite Tv. The villa has a very charming attic with a double bed. This room leads on to a balcony from which you can see both bays of the north coast of Mallorca. The house has a fully equipped barthroom and an extra bedroom with two twin beds. The whole of the villa has air conditioning but the best part of the property is yet to come... the fantastic outside spaces with green gardens, a private pool and a barbecue. Ca na Marina is an ideal option for families that are want to spend a relaxing holiday at a good price. This house offers peace and tranquility but at the same time the local town of Pollença and the beach is just a couple of kilometres away.
